My beef with Nintendo

As you may or may not know I got a DS Lite for Christmas, I love it, I like the games Styles picked for me and I play on it just about every day, however I have a complaint about some games, namely the Brain Age games and Flash Focus.
Here's the thing, theses games are designed to keep you sharp, to exercise the old grey matter, stave off Alzheimer's, keep your eyes working well, and all that jazz, but to me they fail in some areas. Flash Focus offers an eye age check but it seems to me that it isn't so much a check of how well your eyes work as a check of how well you can play the games they throw at you, how else do to explain Styles getting a great score when he wears glasses and stares at computer screens all day, I scored very poorly the first few times I did it(I have no vision problems) but once I learned the games I'm about where he was from the start. The same goes for Brain Age(one and two) it offers a brain age check and the first several times I used it I got horrible scores, now that I've had it for a while and I know the games(and know how to pick the ones I like for the check)my brain age is much closer to my real age. Is the game itself flawed? did they make some mistakes in the software or is it just the fact that I am not a gamer and I have no hope of ever being "good" at these things, I am far from a louse when it comes to brains, I do crosswords, sudokus, and I read a lot, so according to what all the "smart" people say I should have a very limber brain, I know it's just a game and I know it shouldn't bother me but it does.
